I'm so upset!! I went to Bay Breeze to pick up my prescription today, for which I called them Monday morning to check on it and was told it will be ready Friday 11/15/24. We'll i get there to pick it up and I find out, they are closing their doors forever and my prescription wasn't filled and they couldn't fill because they didn't have it in stock!! Arrived at pharmacy at 12:40pm on a Saturday and doors were locked and the pharmacy was not open. Google business directory shows that they are open until 1pm on Saturdays. Business should really update their hours that they are open for business to save people from wasting their time coming here only to find it closed.

Bay Breeze Rx is obviously in some sort of trouble in my opinion, as a dedicated driver using my own vehicle to help people in different counties get their meds, However, I could never get compensated for my fuel cost as promised. DEFINITELY NOT GOOD BUSINESS.. I'll just stop at that..
This is the WORST PHARMACY TO DEAL WITH THEY STEAL YOUR MEDICINE AND DONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR OWN OBLIGATION TO DO ONE THING, FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION. THEY HAVE PUT A DISABLED WOMAN IN THE HOSPITAL DUE TO DECIDING TO STOP FILLING A PRESCRIPTION AFTER A YEAR OF FILLING IT FOR HER. THEY CHARGE MEDICAID ACCOUNTS AND THEN MAKE YOU PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET ON TOP OF IT. I WILL BE CONTACTING LEGAL COUNSEL DUE TO THE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE THAT THEY CONTINUE TO DO.
