First time using this car wash (though not the first time using car washes). They broke my rearview mirror and when I went to find out what my recourse was, I was given a lecture and read the signage verbatim by the couldn't-care-attendant. Remember, folks, it's YOUR fault if you use this car wash and things get damaged! And they will threaten to ask you to leave if you stick around to use their free vacuums. Caveat emptor!
Love this car wash! It does an excellent job and I love the free vaccuum.
I really can't review their service as I never had any work done there, however, I live a quarter of a mile away and was excited to have a local place to get my oil changed. On the day I went there I found the service bays empty, and four workers sitting out in front smoking cigarettes an talking (first bad sign).
