Unless you're willing to dish out the dough, they could care less. I'm 25 years old and when I walked in the store after reviewing the website, I was very excited about buying a decent bed. I have Crohn's Disease, so I spend A LOT of my time in bed, and I had been sleeping on air mattresses because I just didn't have the money to buy a bed. Great Service, Excellent Products The best mattress set I have ever slept on! Great service and excellent beds made this one of the most pleasant purchases I have ever made. My new queen mattress and box spring set have completely eliminated the back pain I was having each morning. I highly recommend Bay Bed & Mattress - they are very knowledgeable and friendly and they have great prices.
Excellent - Best in town No more factory made beds! I wasted $1400 on one only for it to sag within a year. After three years the sag was down to 1". Oh so bad for the back. The warranty said down to 1" but who wants to sleep on a mattress sagging this bad? Not me.
Do yourself a favor and check out Bay Bed and Mattress! I'll never buy another "readymade" mattress for our bed again! After purchasing my custom-configured Bay Mattress in 2006, I now realize what I've been missing all these years!
Their mattresses are made locally in Santa Cruz & are really comfortable! I've bought several mattresses from Bay Bed over the past 12 years and I've always felt like I got honest information and a good deal.
Nice Selection Bay Bed and Mattress has an overall pretty good selection of quality mattresses and beds. Their staff was helpful when asked, but didn't really come up and offer to help. Their prices were competitive; really neither here nor there. Wouldn't highly recommend but wouldn't not recommend.
