The staff at bay beauty is so helpful and the store has a huge variety of product! They special ordered a product for me and promptly called me when it came in. They don't try to sell you everything, they recommend what they think would be best and have really good priced stuff! Go here and you won't go anywhere else!

The manager was very helpful she is always smiling and super friendly. I haven't been in there since Sept but plan on getting stocked up soon. They special order products if they don't have them and call when the products arrive..not many places do that.
We bought a hair straightener there, it won't work, never worked, never will work and these so and so's refuse to refund us the money!! BUYER BEWARE!! You might as well shop at a garage sale. Who knows where they get the junk they sell, what's for sure is they do not stand behind it.
I had the best help there...it was incredible!!!! I will always go there, no matter what!!!
