We had an outstanding experience with Bay Baskets in Traverse City! We called on Thursday hoping to have a welcome basket delivered to one of our new employees and his family while they were staying at the Grand Beach Hotel. Barb made the entire process incredibly easy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Barb was so helpful and kind! She put together a beautiful spring basket and delivered it, on the weekend no less! My mom was so surprised and thrilled at the presentation and loved all the local goodies inside the basket I couldn't be more impressed and appreciative.
