Barb does a phenomenal job and I'm thrilled I found her. Unlike the nationwide chains, she answers the phone, assists in choosing the gifts, hand delivers them and FOLLOWS UP. I am located in Philadelphia and was looking for a condolence gift for a co-worker. She did all the above and let me know the door was answered by the recipient.
