I’ve had nothing but excellent service when visiting both the Nowra and Tomerong vet clinics. Every vet and vet nurse I’ve encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I took my little girl back today for her eyes, and as always, Vet Jeremy was extremely thorough and communicated everything clearly. so bad when my puppy came back from the vet (after amputating her leg and keeping her for over a week) she was so skinny I could see her ribs and spine and it looked like she hadn't eaten in days, her stitches where bleeding taking a closer look random specs of scab and dirt where around her stiches. After two days she hadn't eaten anything yet she was still vomiting and it looked grey and chunks of pink flesh coming out of the vomit. My family have been taking our dogs to Tomerong Vets for years now. I love how professional they are but mostly how much they care about my babies Coco and Snowie Fox.
We were very impressed with the level of care the staff gave our little girl . She had a teeth clean and needed a couple to be extracted. The after care was properly conveyed to us and the cost was very reasonable. We thoroughly recommend Bay and Basin veterinary.
