I have been going to Bay Barber Co for almost 2 years now; specifically as a client of Arianna. I followed her over from Jake's Place in Norfolk. I am not one who has specific loyalty to the shop, yet to the barber/stylist who is cutting my hair. Arianna is one of those you will happily follow to a new shop if it is within a reasonable drive to and from. She is absolutely fantastic! If I had hair, I'd trust the women here with it... But alas, I go for a Beard trim, and the occasional straight razor head shave. Ariana does a fantastic job each time, while everyone else seems great and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I'll be a repeat customer as long as I live in this area.

Katrina gave me the works, she did a great job. Never had spa treatment at a barbershop before will definitely be back. Lauren cut my 3yr old son's hair and was very patient and did a great cut.
