Worst dealership I’ve been to, selling lemons. Avoid at all costs.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at [Bay Auto]. I purchased a vehicle from them under the impression that it was accident-free and in original condition. The dealer never disclosed any prior damage or repainting, and sold me the car at full market value as if it were clean and untouched. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I came in for a test drive, excited to try out a car I’d researched for weeks. Instead, I left frustrated and completely turned off by this dealership.
I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership in mid December 2024. After having it wrapped, I began driving it on New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, within just a few weeks of ownership, I started experiencing multiple issues with the vehicle, including: -Car Play/Audio/Main Screen not functioning -Non-functional seat heater -Inoperative rear-view cameras -Constant dashboard sensor alerts -Recurring battery issues, requiring the purchase of a battery pack to regularly boost the car -Unusual ticking sound detected in engine compar... read more
So I bought a car. Sayed Aurang (Sam) promised that he would fix the scratches and the rust that I told him to. he even told me “I am a man of my word dont worry”. When I come to pickup the car. its not even fixed and told me I have to pay extra $150 for each tires to fix the scratches. Very terrible salesman. He just wants to sell the car and wont care for you after he sells it. Karma will come to you Sayed Aurang dont you worry
