Hello! So I’ve purchased a vehicle from Bay Auto June 16 of 2018. The asking price was 4500, it was suppose to actually be 3500 as advertised on Facebook market. I put 1200 down. With taxes and fees and added interest the car totaled 6,000. I brought a car here and 24 hours I had to get it fixed spent 500.00 and 5 days later had to spend 668.00 dollars to get fixed and I talk to management and they said I was going to get credit for the money I spent and never received the credit and the financial company call me today talking 500.00 is due ..really I will tell to go to another place to get a car cause this company is very poor business people and this is a con artist car lot very bad business...people be aware of Bay Auto import ........
This was my very first ever buying a used car from a dealership,the ppl were nice honestly,im just a bit scared to to go back to any used car dealership now beyond having anything bad to say,contracts are signed,and they pretty much make sure they are covered 100 percent in these contracts,giving the fact that they know what they are selling you. I just take this as a learning experience,to do more research before I jump into something. Makes no sense to be upset,ill just pay off for my car, and as a young mother of two hope... read more
