Do not provide your phone number; if you decide not to proceed with services after "a free hearing test" you will be hounded with spam calls for years. It has been 3 years since i had my free hearing test, and after requesting to be removed from the calling list multiple times I am still receiving calls!
The most annoying service ever . No respect call all weekend and even late at night for a god damn KPI. So disrespectful.
