The best customer experience I have ever had!!! The team here are so knowledgeable, kind and caring in everything that they do. I have now bought both of my Greek Grandmothers here over the past two years and love how the team make them feel every time. We have seen both audiologists Alexandra and Quyen and just love how Anneliesa looks after them at the front of the shop. Do not provide your phone number; if you decide not to proceed with services after "a free hearing test" you will be hounded with spam calls for years. It has been 3 years since i had my free hearing test, and after requesting to be removed from the calling list multiple times I am still receiving calls!
The most annoying service ever . No respect call all weekend and even late at night for a god damn KPI. So disrespectful.
