The care is just the bare minimum. They don't want their caregivers to spend anymore time with a patient than necessary. They require you to follow their schedule, they don't want to follow a patients schedule. The caregivers themselves are great! They are probably the only saving grace of the company. The caregivers do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and have a good experience. If you are forced to use this company then at least the caregivers this company employs are very good.
