I think anyone who puts up a gate and doesn't think about guest safety first can be sued what if u guys loss power and there is a ton of flooding going on that comes from the bay water near u guys and there is no power to open the gate so how is the guest and residence of your place going to get out when the next hurricane comes and fire rescue can't get them so what u going to do I say get rid of the gate at once
Terrible management . People in the community are so nice, but horrible people in the office...just awful.
It is highly Offensive to have that Nativity Scene for Christmas at the entrance to the PARK, it is offensive to force ONE religious point of view onto ALL of the residents. It should be taken down
