please hire a new grass cutting crew, this one makes a mess and home owners are being blamed, they should not be allowed to trash patios and cut the gras too short so most of this park has not grass. They put in a new security Gate, they have no passcodes, delivery drivers have to CALL US to get in, I do not want to pay a larger maintenance fee every year for this thing, Delivery drivers for food and grocery will rightfully black list us, it is not worth their time to stop and try to find a name by SCROLLING and wait for a phone call!!! Amazon, UPS, Fedex, and USPS, get gate codes, why can't the residents? Also NO ONE else LEAVES THE GATES LOCKED ALL DAY, because of deliveries. I think if you're going to put a vintage antique style security gate everybody in the park should have been informed in ahead of time and been able to vote.
