Took my teenager girl today and everybody was amazing the staff from Front to Check out.. Dr.Ruiz was amazing to me and my Daughter. My Daughter loved the whole staff and Dr. We will be returning for F/u appt. She Took time with my daughter and had to pay self pay due to nobody takes my daughter insurance no problem with that.. Thank you at Bay Area Women's Care.

Thank you for not seeing me today, the last day I have insurance, because I was honest about having a cough but NO fever. I've waited a month for this appt as it's the first one you had. I have no control over when a get a common COLD. No compassion.

I called to schedule an appointment and Rene sounded like I was bothering her. When I told her I had moved to the area, and was needing to schedule an appointment she cut me off and said "oh you're not an existing patient of ours?", I said no, and that seemed to cheer her up when she was able to tell me "we're not accepting new patients at this time". Waited weeks for an appt for my 16 year old daughter with pelvic pain. I pull her out of school sit in the lobby 45 mins and find out they have to ha e a credit card copied and on file. I explained I didnt have one. I had an insurance card , a very good ppo plan, that required a 20 dollar co pay, I even had my deductable in for the year but they refused to call to verify.
