This firm is very solid, they specialize in Marvin windows which are very high end, they say, once you go Marvin - you will never switch back. We had a few transactions with Bay Area Window Pros, for two separate properties. Both times, the customer service and general interaction with the firm were fast and very pleasant. We did have some issues with the second order in therms of one window’s functionality as screen size, but the Marvin team was sent out and all issues were resolved on the spot. We replaced all the windows in our home with a combination of retrofit windows and new construction. The sales process was pretty good. Their showroom is one of the few places you can look at a bunch of different brands and Felix was really helpful in quickly narrowing it down to the ones I should look at.
