I've done three fairs so far, and I've had a great experience overall, especially connecting face-to-face with potential clients. Andre is so nice, so great about communicating, and he really truly cares about doing what he can to make these events a success for everyone. I tend to be a bit skeptical about stuff like this, but Andre really won me over. I did a package of three fairs now, and I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed the process, the people I worked with and the atmosphere. My experience before the Bay Area Wedding Fairs was that once you have payed your registration fee, your questions are not important anymore and you are on your own. We had so much fun exhibiting with Bay Area Wedding Fairs! As an exhibitor, the Bay Area Wedding Fair team was so responsive and so helpful. The show itself went very smoothly and there was a lot of traffic that led to a lot of great leads! Vendor here! My partner and I have done a few wedding fairs through Bay Area Wedding Fairs. We have had a great experience. Very communicative staff, with a timely response to all my questions. They put in a lot of effort to make sure all vendors have everything they need. Highly recommend ☺️
The show was very well organized and I even booked a wedding on the day of the event! Andre was very responsive to my many questions as it was my biggest fair yet. The Levi Stadium Event was fun and I loved how they helped us with all all our items. Only draw back was there was a mis-communication as to what time we were allowed to begin set up so vendors waited a bit to get in. However, it was still plenty of time to get everything set up.
