BAVC was so amazing with my pup Ryder. We came in for an injured paw, right at the time that they opened. And even though Dr Muller had a surgery to attend to, he made sure to see writer, and they were very quick and getting everything taken care of in my time limit as I went on a lunch break. I felt like even though they were working within my small time limit, they did a lot for him and really took his injury serious. Compassionate, knowledgable, and they made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier. Would highly recommend, and also appreciate the hours!
Sadly, I had to take my best buddy and loyal pooch in with a bad leg. Sidney was not only great on the phone but even nicer and more welcoming when I arrived at the clinic. Dr. Muller and Nurse Deja were incredibly professional and compassionate. Firstly, they got my dog out of pain. Then, after x-rays and tests they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and gave me meds to take home. I highly recommend them should your pet need help. Thanks, Dr. Muller and staff. You guys were great.
$1000 is what it cost for them to tell me they want to put my dog down. They said he would not get any better had a trech issue and had fluid around his heart and fluid in his lungs!! They had me making a decision to pick out a urn or or a burial?. So I was trying to have a conversation with my wife and they kept calling me to see if I made a decision yet.
