Absolutely NO, unfortunately I had waited for a month after a very scary diagnosis and when I show up for my appointment for the following month without contacting me and to make my experience more unpleasant the "supervisor"Mindy was very rude, unprofessional, show no sympathy at all and made me feel like it was my fault the appointment was changed. seriously lady! just because of her and her lack of professionalism I would trust them with my medical treatment.
That’s about the best I can do after having a finger.... well you know where it went!
My husband feels fortunate to have Dr. Brian Cronson for his Urologist. The nurses are very kind and helpful. If need be we will be returning.
Tried to speak with someone to make a payment arrangement to schedule a surgery.. was told I could pay 60 % and 3 monthly payments.. the lady was not very nice or empathetic to say the least.. Guess I will not be having my surgery now.. going to talk to my PCP tomorrow to see if he can suggest any other options.. thank you for nothing.
