I found Bay Area Point S after another company gave me a disastrous oil change and two new tires, then told me my engine was knocking which meant my transmission was going. Then a sweet young man at work crawled under my car and found the real problem. And warned me it was dangerous to drive. So after I’d already spent $800. for the oil change with the other place, I was so relieved to have a real mechanic at Bay Area fix the mess and get me safely and smoothly on the road within 24 hours of me calling them. Emergency walk in. Car battery died at gas station. Got a jump start from caliber collision. Drove straight to Bay area point s. Needed new battery. No problem. Maybe wait time half hour. Battery installed. Great tech, reasonable price for the battery. Highly recommend this business in Cambridge, MD.
