Always a great experience
The service was great
Terrible. Made a 2 o’clock oil change appointment. Dropped my truck off 1:45. Returned to the shop around 3:15 & I didn’t leave til 5. Wasted my whole day. If I knew service was this bad I would went to the dealership.
Car died today in Easton, called Bay Area Point S Tire & Auto Service to ask if they would look at car if I got it towed to them. They said yes. Picked car up at 4:30 pm same day. So grateful for this business. Car fixed before weekend and did not have to rental a car. Thank you guys!!
