Gotta say Chris Van Hatten and his shop are awesome! I called him Friday at 12:25 PM CDT from Seguin, Tx. He worked with me to overnight 3 pcs of Schluter expansion joint for an active tile job at my house. He had them drop shipped out of the Schluter distribution center in Syracuse, NY around 2:30 PM EST (none in the Fort Worth center). UPS delivered the pcs around 10:30 AM the next day (Saturday)!!!
