This place is absolutely incredible! The coaches and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and push you to crush your goals while keeping your health and strength front and center. The energy is always higher, the vibe is super friendly, and everyone feels welcome the moment you walk in. Love this place!!!
Great gym, great people! Coach Jesse helped my rehab my knee and pushed me when I definitely wouldn't have pushed myself. If you’re dealing with a knee injury or any type of injury, don’t settle for online videos that promise one stretch/exercise will fix it or rush into surgery. Proper strength-based rehab works, and this is the place to do it.

I’ve had the honor of training with Srdjan for almost a year now. I started with him as a professional boxer, and even after stepping away from boxing he’s continued to train me. What really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. Every session and the way he programs is personalized to you as an individual and your specific goals. You’re never just another client, he’s fully invested in your progress and that is very hard to find in a coach. Highly recommend him and the Bay Area Sports Facility as a whole.
