Now named BAY AREA SOLUTIONS, same people, new owner. Best experience I have ever had with computer repair, bar none!! Took my laptop to Bay area Solutions, 712 E. Alsobrook St. PC, 757-0288. IN & OUT in 15 minutes. $35 basic diagnostic fee. The battery was bad (or maybe not). I never use the battery, always plugged into a wall outlet. I have used this business for over 10 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to purchase a PC or to have my PC serviced. These guys are really good and willingly offer advice and guidance. I never feel pressured to buy anything other than what I want. Steel is awesome!
