Sierra is very unprofessional I paid 200$ to get a root touchup and she completely missed my roots can't even tell I got my hair done she noticed right away and told me that she would redo my hair immediately but I didn't want to double process without doing a deep condition in between she told me that her policy states that I would have had to came in within a week after that otherwise she was going to charge me n she did a cancellation fee to be honest I probably dodged a bullet there cuz this girl would have fried my hair... read more
