They will go after the low hanging fruit, but they showed us an unwillingness to go after those who required attorney/court action. We had them one year for an HOA. When pressed, they dropped us as a client.
I got a letter in the mail saying I gotta pay what $1,510.00 I never went to this place I never met this man in my life I never went to a clinic under this name and it shows me a house to this address It doesn’t even look like a clinic and it doesn’t look like a store so this is a scam I’m not paying because I don’t know what is this but I’m not trusting paying $1,510.00 knowing that I never went to this place! ITS A SCAM!!
They don't even deserve the required 1 Star- Bay Area Receivables is one of the most unprofessional and unhelpful companies I’ve ever dealt with. They erroneously placed a derogatory item on my credit report due to their own mistake—a representative even admitted that they mixed up two numbers in my Social Security Number. Despite acknowledging the error, they refused to take responsibility or provide a simple letter to resolve the issue. I’ve had 3 bills all from the hospital all while I had insurance and I provided said insurance. Instead of contacting me the hospital sends to collections and collections doesn’t attempt too contact I only find out from credit karma when it has affected my credit then after a long fight I no longer owe thousands of dollars and my credit goes to normal. Update: this man’s name is Bill Fisher, he is the president of Bay Area Receivables which explains why it’s so hard for me to find someone at the company who is willing to admit his wrongdoing. They are trying to prohibit me from entering the building to pay my bill. This is strictly based on discriminatory reasons, as I have never been asked not to enter the facility and was only told by the president that my money is not welcome there.
