Horrible place. Front office staff changes every week it seems like and has no idea what is going on. It looks like it jumped out of the 1980s and is run down and looks like the professionalism of the staff. Had interaction with the office manager and she was rude (the nice word) and made me regret ever coming there as well. Had 2 appointments dropped and I had to call to fix their problem. Go elsewhere.
This is a horrible place! Don’t go here!!!!! This should be a safe place to cry, to be honest about your feelings, to be transparent and authentic in order to seek real help yet their staff seem to be ill equipped to handle emotionally charged situations. They aren’t able to get a patient to change their focus or look past their problems. If the patient is showing signs of emotional distress they would rather throw that patient away than to walk them through the trauma or help to identify the source of the stressor.
