Excellent service when we started with them 3 years ago but have had many problems with them this summer. Missed our pool opening so moved back 3 weeks..our bi-weekly service has not been good either. They had not been vacuuming or brushing the bottom, water is imbalanced and algae growth has started. Not sure if it is because we are on the western shore but very disappointing to have to stop working with them since they were great to start with.
This is a great little shop; fully stocked, with accurate water testing, easily understood directions and well priced products to suit your pool's needs. I really appreciate the assistance I received today! It is a relief to know I can get proper piscina service with a smile at a moments notice. Thank you for everything!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here today. As a new pool owner and complete novice, I was able to get the advice and assistance required to maintain our pool. Always helpful with maintaining our pool! Knowledgeable staff and the small shop is very well supplied and if there is something else needed, they can get it quick. Great local store.
