I am about to move on to another company also. My monthly bill just went from $64.00 a month to $ 80.50. it's not like they do a whole lot of anything. About 5 min a month is all.
Update from previous review. I dropped this company (read my last review of Bay Area) and Changed to Legacy Pools of Tampa Bay Inc (Evan), I waited to see the difference, and the new company is timely, my pool is always perfect, they dont leave a mess, and the same person has been servicing my pool the whole time. What a great company, dont use Bay Area, they were awful .
AVOID this company. I thought it was a great deal with the salt system included, but had many issues with Green in my pool that took months to resolve, and wasted a lot of my time (It is a newly resurfaced pool that I started full service with Bay Area Pool Service). They had constant turn over, many different people coming on my property, did very poor sloppy work, and often left a mess when adding salt and chemicals to the pool.
