I called the day before and they said they could beat a competitor's quote, but no quote given. We were scheduled from 8am-12pm. I'm not a fan of the 4 hour timeframe, but that was fine. On the day of the appointment they call me at 11:15am to say their guy is running behind and they only have one guy working. They couldn't give me a better timeframe, except 1pm-5pm. I needed a simple repair on the retainer, few other companies I called were adamant about just changing the whole garage door. Crazy, when only a simple repair was needed. This company gave me a very fair price and performed only the repair that was necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again! Only confusion is they have so many different company names. I called them and received replies from two different company names. Maybe in the future streamline this.

I had an emergency with the lift spring and called Bay Area Garage Doors for help. They were able to send out Dylan almost immediately to fix the problem. Dylan did a great job, safely and quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated their prompt and courteous response.

Had many companies quote out our replacement Garage door and I thought I made the right decision until I emailed stating how unhappy I was with the installation only to get ghosted. Had to call in to put a service request in since the door was binding on itself due to poor alignment of the tracks. No care was given when drilling holes in my roof rafters, shavings all over my racking. Nate C was very informative about the opener. Friendly and not pushy. We bought the lift master. He did a great job installing and testing all the openers including the key pad and phone app. I highly recommend them!
