Despite advertising as a pediatric orthodontic provider, the office shows very little understanding of what families actually need. Scheduling is rigid and completely inflexible around children’s routines, making routine visits very stressful. On top of that, basic office cleanliness is neglected—the bathrooms were not clean and lacked basic supplies like toilet paper. For a specialized clinic treating kids, the lack of hygiene and family accommodations is unacceptable.

My son has been a patient of Bay Area Orthodontics for 2 years now and we are very happy with the progress of his teeth so far. Everyone that works here is super friendly and Dr. Kim is great.
