I had a great experience here. They did all they could to help me.
Okay, so...... I'm going to be completely honest (not that I'm not honest all the time 😂😂😂) I did not go to this facility. But, there is a but, I called, made an appointment for new patient intake, and it took about three and a half weeks to get in the door. So the day of my appointment, I did not finish the paperwork😓😑, so they rescheduled me...😶🌫️ I did not get charged for the missed appointment due to it being a new patient appointment. I do not recommend Bay Area Neuropsychology. We initially went through the lengthy intake process, printing and completing numerous forms and questionnaires, including having our son's teacher complete evaluations as well. My husband and I also completed all requested paperwork. We then attended a virtual intake appointment with an assistant who gathered information and told us the doctor would review everything and contact us within 1–2 weeks. Have not received my results yet. Appt was 3/5. Supposedly would take 8 weeks and I am over that timeframe. They said the director signed off on it and they don't know when I will get my results. FYI, this might be a HIPAA violation as there is a part in HIPAA about getting timely results (30 days). EDIT: Changing this to two stars from one. Although I still never got a response back, I called back again (9th week) and was able to speak with the office manager who was very nice and assured me she would follow up with me. She... read more
