I highly recommend for a psychoeducational evaluation. I called on Oct 27 to request an appt and had a virtual intake appt on Nov 21. Even with the holidays, they were able to have insurance preauthorized and called to schedule an appt on Jan 2 with an opening as soon as Jan 6. I pushed it out 2 weeks. The appt went smoothly. I'm incredibly disappointed with Bay Area Neuropsychology. They told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to get test results back. It's been over 15 weeks and nothing. Zero communication. I've called multiple times just to be told that the psychologist will call me back. They never do. They're holding my test results hostage despite me paying almost $1500 cash to get these tests done. I have no outstanding balance. I would not recommend this place. They don't care. They take your money and run.

I had a really good experience at Bay Area Neuropsychology in Tampa. The process of getting registered can feel overwhelming, but Karla made it simple and stress-free. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and clear communication made the whole experience much better than I expected. Overall, the team was helpful and efficient, and thanks to Karla, I felt supported from start to finish.

Had all of my 3 children evaluated in this office, had a great experience with both the staff and the doctor. The neuropsychologist was great and flexible at getting me scheduled and getting them tested, also getting the reports done. Jackie was great, informing me about follow-ups and scheduling and also about my report being uploaded. Would definitely come back once my kids need revaluations.
