BUYER BEWARE - Bought doors for my entire house via my contractor. I have an issue with 4 doors and no one will help me resolve. The doors look nice but 2 won't close (ball bearing busted on the tension lock). They drilled the doors and supplied the product but will not help me resolve. They are pointing to my contractor saying it is an install issue. I am just waiting for someone to do the right thing.
I don't know what showroom you are talking about we were there a few weeks ago and there is not anything I would call a showroom at least not at that address listed above.
I bought some crown molding from Bay Area Molding and after my husband decided the job was too much for him to handle these guys came out and did the install and the end result was fantastic! Not only do they do excellent work but their showroom is awesome! So many choices. I recommend this company to anyone interested in a great service.
