Bay Area Moisture - from start to finish (setting the appointment, knowing what to expect, signing contract with clear terms, arrival, timeline & departure information) was exceptional. Outcome: spotless crawlspace, reliable sump pump, easy location of reset button, white-glove service, and really professional staff.
They installed a sump pump before even telling me that I needed to install electrical first. I am completely naive when it comes to this type of work and I depended on their expertise to tell me what I needed before installation. All it said on their forms was that I was responsible for providing electrical if it wasnâ t there. Iâ ve never been under the house, there was no way I knew if there was electrical under there. This company is fantastic. From the initial inspection, to the communication with the office, and finally to the execution of the work, the experience was nothing short of perfect. BAMC installed a trenched sump system, followed by a CleanSpace encapsulation of my roughly 1800 square foot dirt crawlspace. I just spent 45 minutes crawling on my stomach and squeezing between ducting and floor joists to inspect their work, and I am super pleased with what they did.
