Hello! BAM has been servicing my condo area in Charlevoix MI for a few years now. I would like to take this time and strongly advise anyone thinking of using the BAY AREA management company…. NOT TO! Not only are they rude, with horrid organizational skills; what is more important is the complete lack of safely for the residents that live on the very property they are ment to manage.
