They won't help me , they're condescending & on the side of the slum Lord. The one I spoke to , R , hung up on me asking how I knew it was an illegal rental , wouldn't listen to me . Was yelling at me. Ive had strokes & fibro fog , have to get thru this case by myself & I Need help with what I'm supposed to do. If you can't afford a real atty , you're on your own & there's no chance you'll win. I wouldn't suggest these guys because they don't care. I reported it to DMV & they said it was fraud.
