Usually have to wait a bit longer then when your appointment starts. And one of the beds is broken. It wasn't comfortable to be laying flat on my back in the third trimester! But the techs are very nice! And gave us lots of photos of our baby!
Went for my ultrasound and all the staff were lovely. The ultrasound tech went out of her way to send me home with lots of prints and was honest when my 3D might not be the cutest.
I had a wonderful experience for my 20 week anatomy ultrasound scan. First off Crystal at the front desk was wonderful! She went over instructions with me and prep. I wasn’t sure if I needed a full bladder and she checked with the ultrasound techs and verified that I didn’t. Also I had a seasoned ultrasound tech Christy and Amber an ultrasound student. Staff were incredibly rude. Would recommend going anywhere else out of town if you can. Unfortunately the front desk staff here do not care about how they make you feel, something that is very important when it comes to general healthcare is how you make someone feel, especially at an important milestone appointment.
