I recently was seen in the ER after being assaulted by an unknown assailant. I had been bleeding from my head and had a big swollen bruise around the place of my spleen. I chose to go in and make sure I didn't have any internal bleeding anywhere. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very kind and got me taken care of and I got back almost immediately but then everything went downhill from there. I felt like I was in a bad horror movie. Recent ER visit after a fall, was not too bad. I felt that everyone cared and did their best to meet my needs.
My experience is that private equity has taken charge of hospital operations due to the bare minimum being done and was there a doctor anywhere??? Stars really?
Worst hospital ever. Do not go unless you absolutely have to. Go out of town if you can for people who actually care about you
