I understand that when people need to go to the ER that it's very stressful and many times painful. Which explaines why some people blame the ER Staff for a bad experience. My experience with this ER was different because what I observed was extreme professionalism and concern for patient comfort and well being as well as speed of testing and diagnosis and follow on treatment. Here in Coos Bay Oregon, we are Lucky and Blessed to have such a Great Emergency Room!
