My mom booked an appointment for me to have my house cleaned after giving birth and spoke on the phone to Wendy. I was very excited for this appointment. They day before I called and texted to confirm - no response. The day of they never showed up - I called, texted 3 times, and emailed and never got a response.
I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The person I spoke with never came or responded to my texts or calls. I was forced to schedule someone else with very short notice. I would not recommend this service if you want to actually receive the service.
