I took my father to at least 5 places to get the right hearing aids for him. Bay Area Hearing Care Professionals are the only ones who actually fit him with a product that works for him. The ENTIRE experience has been a pleasure. No one cares more than they do about hearing loss and finding the best solutions for their customers.
Excellent customer service. My left hearing aid quit working and Melissa repaired it even though I had purchased them from someone else. She sent them to the vendor and ensured they were working properly when returned. I’m sorry I didn’t buy my original pair from her, I couldn’t be more satisfied
