The technicians gave me very good service, and spent a lot of time with me. Being fitted was very challenging, because of my narrow ear canals, and they worked with me to try to get a comfortable fit. Melissa is wonderful!

Have been wearing hearing aids for about 9 years. After Covid my hearing seemed to have gotten worse. Visited Karen in Hawkinsville and she suggested I go with the Bicros hearing aids and it has been a game changer for me. Karen is very knowledgeable and will do everything she can to help you hear better. Highly recommend her.
