I researched several providers approved on my insurance list, settled on Bay Area Hearing Care Professionals. From the first call to schedule an appointment to walking out the door several days later with new hearing aids proved all of the 5 STAR reviews to be correct. Karen was a delight to work with. She was reassuring that I was getting a good set of hearing aids that would address my mild to severe hearing loss. Easy to recommend!

Awesome! Melissa took great care of me and provided more service at a a lower price than the national chain across s St. Pete area. Had an appointment within 3 hours. Replaced a receiver wire and cleaned and set up both Signia aids for best performance. Was pouring out and Melissa saw me putting my aids in my pocket and immediately offered me a plastic, foam lined case to keep them dry. Nice touch. I’ll be contacting my Medicare provider on Monday seeking a waiver so I don’t have to go to the big box store anymore. Great job... read more
Staff works hard to satisfy customers. In my case, we are trying to get the manufacter to fix a problem. We could enter an exchange marathon. I’m interested in getting the devices fixed, no matter how many times. The staff is behind me. Finally got everything fixed. Problem was actually in some software LOL!
