The sales people were very knowledgable and nice to deal with. The customer service was a little slow in returning calls for issues that came up. The worst part was the install. Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently.
