BAGM has been an incredible vendor for me. I work for a renovation company and BAGM has been my go-to for all my projects when it comes to countertops, backsplashes, bath niches etc. Not only has the finished product always turned out amazing, but the customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend BAGM! Kora was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Prior to working with BAGM, I had a terrible experience with another company, and was nervous about attempting quartz countertops again. BAGM/Kora made the process easy and the finished product is fantastic! Neil was my project manager and allowed me to look over my slab prior to it being cut. I'd hesitate to recommend BAGM again. Sales process is 75% down payment before they even come out and measure or tell you what you can or cannot do. We were told we could mill down the thickness to 2 cm. After paying... Nope, can't do that. Install was frustrating. They marked up walls and left gouges, which I understand. However, they silicon caulked all the edges that need repair. There was literally silicone dripping down a hole they made in the wall. So I have to remove all of the silicone and start over. Great quality product, installed very well and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Overall a great experience with small hiccups. Had BAGM provide counter tops for a bathroom and wet bar. Kora and Jason provided great service and communication throughout the process. Our installation went well overall, but the crew that came to install used a caulking that did not show well and some of the joint work for the back splash was not as precise as expected.
