Didn't listen to me at all the 3 times I've been there for same problem. Referred me to a proctologist that didn't help the problem I've been having for 9 months and wakes me up several times a night. Finally decides he should take a look, then prescribed bowel prep ($69) loaded with sodium after I told them I have Meniere's disease. Then has the audacity to ask why I didn't mention it before. I am very frustrated!

I am not a patient here, but my dad is and I am incredibly disappointed in this office. Firstly, they outsource their phone lines so good luck getting in contact with the front office. Secondly, even if your insurance covers everything, this office will still charge $325 after the fact for a “building fee” claiming it’s the co-pay. BS. My dad went in for a routine colonoscopy, and immediately after they told him all looked good, they removed some polyps, and they would keep him updated with the results.
