I am writing this review because I received a missed call from someone named CC at Dr Surapaneni’s office. She left me a voicemail and told me to call the office before my follow up appt. I was able to call the office back about 20 minutes after she left this voicemail. A man answered (who later told me his name was Kent) and asked me for my name and date of birth.
