I saw Dr Howard yesterday and he diagnosed the stress fracture in my foot quickly and gave me a precise explanation of the injury. He and the staff at Bay Area Foot Care were professional and kind.
This was my first visit and Dr. Woo was amazing!! She was very professional and engaging which was refreshing. I didn't feel rushed or like I was just the next patient. Dr. Woo took the time to explain the possible causes of what I am experiencing and things I can do on my own to alleviate the discomfort. I left encouraged and relieved! My experience with Bay Area Footcare regarding my mother's diabetic shoe order, initiated on June 30th, has been unacceptable due to repeated breakdowns in communication and follow-up over a five-month period.
