First time using them and they did fine work replacing a damaged gutter/downspout section on a rental unit that I manage in Redwood City. Fairly prompt service and the response time was ok. Estimated timing was a bit off, but only by a few hours. Cleaned up work site and no complaints from the tenants.
I can't recommend this business enough. My wife and I decided we wanted to get a metal roof and went about getting bids. We got several bids that were ALL over the place and were intimidated and a bit discouraged with the results. We were on the verge of just doing regular shingles when I "stumbled" across this company's contact info. Jesus came out on the same day and gave us a most reasonable bid. Bay Area Five Star Roofing replaced the roof on our garage. Jesus was on time for his appointments and was very pleasant to interact with, both in-person and on the phone. He offered us more than fair price for the job. His crew showed up on time, the installation was seamless and quick. His crew left the site very clean after completing the work. I would use them again if I need more work!
