This was my second appointment with Dr Lu for dry eyes. Both visits she was rude, brash and in a hurry. When I asked questions for clarification she Was unkind, condescending and in a hurry. I was hoping from the first visit that she just was having a bad day but by the second visit I realized this was not the case.
