This was a simple business escrow that should have closed within a matter of weeks. Thanks to the incompetence and unresponsiveness of the owner Patsy, it took 8 months. To top it off, the final escrow closing check was made out to the wrong payee. Employees Alejandra and JoAnn seemed to do the best they could in the situation, but every time Patsy got directly involved, things went haywire and the seller got insulted by her weird personal questions. I would never use this company again.
