Wait time was 2 hours with a toddler (18 mo old), only to have Dr Strunk tell me he doesn’t have experience with posterior tongue tie and laryngeomalacia. At least he was honest, but my concerns were not addressed for lack of experience/knowledge. Doctor referred me to Dr Tran, which is from another clinic. It was stressful, I wasted 2 hours and $100 bucks to get 0 answers. Frustrating.
1) when I called to make an initial Appointment I was HORRIFIED by how terribly RUDE the person answering the phone was. I should’ve trusted my gut then and not made an appointment. 2) our appt was for 2pm and yet here we sit at 3pm 3) strunk came in and my son an I were dying laughing because we had just read so many hysterical reviews about how bad he was and we couldn’t believe we were here. I get that you don't take Medicaid. That's cool. But this lady on the phone needs to be retrained. My son has a traumatic injury to his ear. And she's over there smacking on her food or gum talking to me like she could care less.
