I get that you don't take Medicaid. That's cool. But this lady on the phone needs to be retrained. My son has a traumatic injury to his ear. And she's over there smacking on her food or gum talking to me like she could care less.
Marisol is extremely blunt and rude over the phone. Extremely unhelpful. She cut me off while I was talking to ask which insurance I have. I have found Dr. Miller & Dr. Strunk on the blue cross blue shield app under my plan. These ladies are uneducated and bad for medicine.
I waited in the exam room for one hour before Dr Strunk came in without introducing himself nor apologizing for the wait. I came in for ear drainage and with just one look at my outer ear he diagnosed me with eczema, gave me a steroid drops and called it a day. I’ve never had eczema in my life. The very next day the pain worsen as it went all the way to my neck. I knew something was not right and I was diagnosed wrong.
