Staff are very friendly, dr Rubenstein very polite and listen to his patient. It was really smoother process to get hearing aid for my dad. Scott helped with how to operate the hearing aid.
dr. Rubenstein was so gentle and empathic with me when I was really not feeling well. I had a terrible cough and he gave me sprays for my nose that really helped almost instantly settled down the cough. I was extremely appreciative that he squeezed me into his very busy schedule. I felt very lucky to be under his care.
