My visit at the office was quite pleasant. I only had 2 visits but staff was very efficient and professional. Office busy with patients but staff work quickly to get you in. Will return if needed. Parking is great also.
I have been a patient of Bay Area ENT for over 16 years. I have been seen by both Dr. Rubenstein and Dr. Wu. Within this practice they have an excellent audiologist, Scott Rubenstein. At this visit, I received my new Starkey AI hearing aids. The care that I receive from the doctors and the audiologist are superior, and I highly recommend this practice and their doctors.

Dr Wu and staff are great. They are friendly, helpful, and very efficient.
