I have been trying to make an appointment with them, they keep telling me to fill out an online form for the 5th times. Even I filled out and submitted the form, and then the customer service lady told me to fill out again cuz their broken system doesn’t show and she was very unprofessional, and rude.
I always get a good exam and Dr is never just hurrying to the next patient..
