Glen is a really nice guy who actually cares about doing a good job. That really impressed me. He could not fully remove a nasty dirty water stain from my chair. He felt so bad about it, he barely charged me.
Bay Area Dry Master is the most professional and exceptional of any "home maintenance" service I have hired in the 15 years of owning my home. Both times that I've had Sonny come out I've thought my large basement carpet was beyond repair, that the stains and ground-in dirt were too severe to be cleanable, and that I'd soon have to purchase new carpet. Sonny was awesome! He made our carpet look brand new. He was able to remove stains that other companies said would never come out. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
