I Worked with Bay Area designers on a ADU Project for one of my properties and he did a phenomenal job with the design and also practicality of the space, he made sure we used all the space efficiently. I would highly recommend reaching out to them before starting any big construction project

They lie about the price and the associated costs from the government agencies. They will quote one price only to add $1000s to it without even telling you! The man on the phone was also really inexperienced sounding compared to the place I went to after them. RUN !!!
