I had a great experience working with Sergio at Bay Area Custom Shirts. He made placing a large order super easy and the whole process was seamless. Since it was my first time creating custom merchandise for my company, he took the time to explain each step and made sure everything came out exactly right. Sergio made the embroidery process very easy for my team. He walked us through everything: digitizing artwork, choosing the right threads/colors, providing mocks/samples, and finding the right embroidery size/placement. Communication was super clear/professional throughout the entire process and pricing was competitive relative to the rest of the Bay Area.
